Our Shipping Policy at Montana Pitch-Blend Products:
Thank you for your purchase! Please know that we value each and every customer and strive to provide you with the best possible customer support and order processing.
Here are some reminders about our shipping policies:
Once your order is confirmed by our web site it will be entered into our order queue.
We strive to ship all orders withing 24-48 business hours of receipt of your order confirmation.
This means if you order is received on Thursday afternoon, for example, we will try to have it shipped by Monday (the following business day, within that 24-48 hour window, barring any holidays.)
If we anticipate any delays, we will post updates to our web site via our Shipping Policy page (see above).
We ship products anywhere in the United States using the shipping method of your choice. (If you live outside the US or want shipment to a PO Box, please email us directly for a rate quote. We also ship anywhere else in the world using the US Postal Service, but we need to provide you with a personal rate quote to factor in the most affordable freight.)
Please email or call us for help with a quote on international shipments. Our shipping charges are determined in general by the weight of your order, excluding applicable sales tax. Please keep in mind that our freight rates are determined by our freight provider and based on a mininum of a 1-lb rate, with the rate going up from there depending on the size/weight of your order.
